Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

Yes. We ship via USPS.

How do I contact you about an order?

Please send an email via beadiful.vibes@yahoo.com You can expect a 24 hour response timeframe. Social media inquiries are not guaranteed a response.

What is the processing timeframe to ship my order?

Please expect 1-2 days. This does not include shipping timeframe

How long does shipping take?

All products are shipped first class which takes approx. 3-5 days for US orders. All international orders vary depending on location.

All beadwork is shipped via USPS priority & insured. Timeframe is 2-3 days for US orders. All international orders takes up to 10 days. 

All monthly subscriptions are shipped from the 1st-5th of each month. Timeframe varies depending on location.

US customers can expect 3-7 business days

International customers can expect anywhere from 10-20 days depending on location.

We are not responsible for the delay of mail caused by the USPS system. Unfortunately, we don't have control over that.

Holidays may cause delays.

How much does shipping cost?

All beading supplies shipping is $7.75 flat rate for US customers. 

$18 for International customers.

All beadwork is shipped priority & insured $18 for US customers.

$35 for International customers.

Inspo Box subscription shipping is $7 for US customers.

$17 for international customers.

Who is responsible for Taxes/Duty fees?

All customers from out of the US are responsible to pay their taxes/duties/fees. However, if you’d like to add DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) it is an additional $9.95 please contact us to set it up beadiful.vibes@yahoo.com

What is the return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. However, we are willing to work with extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee replacement.

Do I have to be Indigenous to subscribe to the monthly box?

Absolutely not. We love serving the whole bead community.

Can I sell the beadwork made from patterns that were included in the box?

Yes! Once you receive a box with a pattern download you have ownership over the pattern. Which means, you can use it any way you want with your beadwork. However, by signing up for the Inspo box you agree not to re-sell the original pattern.

I can't find the previous month Insiders club. What do I do?

Each month we will share the current month's Insider club. Please be sure to download patterns and any information you want to keep. Once the month is over, the next month will load.

What if my payment fails to process?

If your payment fails to process within the first 5 days of the month your subscription will automatically cancel. You will need to resubscribe but are not guaranteed a box for the month your payment fails. Please contact beadiful.vibes@yahoo.com if you need additional support.

If I cancel my subscription on the first of the month can I get a refund?

No. You must cancel anytime before your next payment. It is the customers responsibility to log into the account to cancel, pause or skip before the next payment is processed.

 Payment reminders are sent on the 29th of each month before the next payment is processed.

Crystal Add-Ons

Crystal add-ons are available each month for the Inspo Box subscription. You can select to do a one time purchase or add-on indefinitely. To add-on crystals, log into your account. Click “manage” and click add-on. You are welcome to add-on as many pairs as you’d like. To cancel the add-on simply repeat the same process and click remove. 

Each month the crystals can vary in size, shape, color and will always be kept a surprise. Selected randomly for each person.
